For the protection of all pets, we require that pets hospitalized, boarded and staying with us short term, to be current on their vaccinations.
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, Care Credit, Cash and personal checks.
We understand that emergencies and accidents are not anticipated. We are always happy to offer written estimates on all services to be performed and encourage you to be open with your financial concerns and questions. In the event of unexpected expenses, CareCredit is available.

Patient Arrival Policy
For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.
All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.

New Clients: arriving 10-15 minutes early will help expedite paper work and allow our doctor to spend more time with your pet! It will also help your pet adjust to our staff and clinic. Filling out a New Client Registration Form (in .pdf format) will help speed up your check in process. For your convenience, reminder letters will be mailed to you when your pet is due for vaccinations or routine preventive health care.
Please help keep our records accurate by updating us with any address, name, or phone number changes. If you notice inaccurate information within your file, please notify us. We depend on current, accurate information to insure you receive your pet's reminders, callbacks, and help us communicate with you better!
